Hello! I am called Goodnight, Meatware, or Python. I use it/its pronouns solely! I am an intersex aroallo lesbian butch. I've been coding for roughly 4 years now (I haven't actually been keeping count, I admit), and my site has gone through many changes since then. I have attempted a meat and machine mash, but it didn't come out as visceral as I wanted it to be. Especially after reading through the Sarkicism articles on the SCP wiki, I really felt like it was lacking!
What do you do?
I do a lot! A quick list of hobbies I dabble in: drawing, writing (both original and fan fiction), gaming, coding (this site!), crochet, sewing, doll customizing, sculpting, conlanging, baking... Some of these I have far more experience with than others; however, I've started caring little about the end product, and more about the process. I find all of these things fun, regardless of whether or not I'm good at them. So, don't expect any master works here, otherwise you'll just be disappointed!
What do you like?
My longest running special interest is the SCP Foundation. Specifically the Sarkicism and Church of the Broken God groups of interest (GOIs), you'll probably see me make a lot of references to both of them... Uh, everywhere. they've basically taken over my life. There are many reasons I could list off why I like this media so much; I think primarily it is just the amount of freedom -- having no canon, you can simply take the parts you like for your version of the story, and abandon the parts you don't. It feels a bit like... Playing Skyrim for the first time, when you've never played any open world game prior. But anyway, I'll save further rambling for the SCP page.
I do have other interests, though; most consistently besides SCP are animals, just in general. Previous animals I've had hyperfixations on, in order of when I remember having them: horseshoe crabs, dolphins, wolves, horses, cheetahs, bats, sharks, butterflies, wasps. Out of all of these animals, horseshoe crabs are the ones I always end up coming back to. They've held a very special role in my life! (Even though I... Don't even live near an ocean.)
